The works of artist Narae Kim explore the connection between the mind and the body, often utilizing immersive technology to create spaces for reflection and healing. Her practice is rooted in the belief that technology can be a tool for collective resonance rather than isolation, inviting audiences to connect with themselves and with each other.
Narae has a multidisciplinary background in psychology, animation, and scenic design from CalArts (Los Angeles) and Ewha Womans University (Seoul).
She creates experiences that evoke emotional resonance by combining traditional techniques with new media, ranging from Virtual Reality to interactive sculpture.
